 At Salon Bella, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our salon. Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure you understand our operations procedures.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, just give us a call or shoot us a message letting us know. If you don’t let us know or have to cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, cancelation fees may apply.

We take pride in every service we provide. When something goes wrong, we will do everything in our power to make it right. As such, we do not offer refunds of any kind. If you are not 100% satisfied with your service, let us know within 7 days and our team will make it right.

TARDINESS

Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at Salon Bella and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.
